Great service quality

Thank you, Kia Fort Bend! ❤️ I absolutely love my Kia Seltos! Angel and Victoria were such a great help throughout the whole process. They made everything easy and enjoyable. I truly appreciate all their help and highly recommend them! 🚗✨

Took Kia in Wed 9/16 to dealership. Jerry in Service took care of me and my requests. He kept me updated on work done on my car. Jerry is always courteous and friendly.

My service assist was Miguel. I really appreciate the welcoming service he provided as well as working with me as much as he could to replace my fuel pump. Id definitely recommend this dealership for all service needs. Thank you again.

Angel and Victor were a pleasure to work with! Definitely recommending friends and family

I’m truly delighted to have had the opportunity to work with Aimet. With her help and patience, we were able to find the ideal Carnival for our family, and it has already become an important part of our family and our future trips together. I highly recommend Aimet! She was very patient and took the time to go through every detail with us. She always did her best to work with us and help reduce the overall cost of the vehicle. I truly appreciate all of her help and support throughout the entire process.

AJ was the best salesman! He was very informative and personable. He listened to me what car I was looking for and he found it. The only problem was his manager quoting us OTD too high so found another dealership wanting our business.

Very good service. They treated me with respect and friendly.

TJ was amazing!! He made the car buying process easy and seamless! We had our vehicle the same day and he even delivered it to us an hour and a half away! We will definitely be back!!

I appreciate Mr. Ron Moore for his knowledge of handling my purchase quickly easy process with no wait time no back-and-forth Surely be again

Awesome customer service super friendly and quick and Adrian was awesome

I had a wonderful experience purchasing my new car at this dealership. The entire staff was friendly, professional, and welcoming. They made the process easy and enjoyable, turning what can sometimes be a stressful experience into a very pleasant adventure. I truly appreciate their kindness and excellent customer service. Highly recommended!

Purchased a brand new vehicle with Shottenkirk Kia! My experience was great and it didn’t take too long to get the deal done. Jose was a great salesman and Victor was amazing in the finance dept.! Check them out if you’re in the area

Jerry in service department is always kind, listen, professional…I live in Victoria, Tx and two hours drive from my home but worth the drive to The Rosenberg dealership, they have always taken good honesty care of me. Call me for documented facts/notes.

This was the best service I have received since I have had this vehicle.

In general the experience was good. Negotiation was quick. However after the deal is signed and money given there’s a slight lack of attention.

My husband took my Kia for servicing and said everything went smoothly. Staff were very capable and quick, gave the car a light vacuuming and wash once completed. Will definitely return in the future. Thanks all! 9/23/26 - Went back to get a new battery, Jerry Garcia was very kind, knowledgeable, and very helpful throughout the process! We’ll be back, thanks all!

I was in and out in an hour. Service appointment went very well.

Thank You Shottenkirk! My wait wasn’t long and I always enjoy the friendly atmosphere!!

Really good
